Lodi Police Arrest Suspect For Burglary Tool Possession After Motorcycle, Foot Pursuit

Lodi, Calif. - A Stockton man was arrested early this morning after leading Lodi Police officers on a foot and motorcycle pursuit.
At 3:15 Officer Bahr witnessed a motorcycle weaving and traveling at a very low rate of speed in the area of Vineyard and Aspen Grove drives. Bahr initiated an enforcement stop on the motorcycle and contacted the driver, Justin Moreno, 29, of Stockton (pictured above).
While speaking with Moreno, he fled on the motorcycle at a high rate of speed. Moreno committed multiple traffic violations during a short pursuit, dumped the motorcycle and ran on foot in the 1000 block of Dartmoor Circle.
Moreno was captured by Officers Bahr and Lado after a brief foot pursuit. A simulation handgun was located on Moreno along with shaved car keys and metal knuckles.
The suspect was charged with possession of simulation firearm, possession of burglary tools, possession of metal knuckles, felony evasion and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement.
