Elk Grove City Council Holds 'Retreat' Special Meeting, Discusses Vision For City

The Elk Grove City Council held their biennial retreat yesterday afternoon to discuss ideas for the City's goals over the next several years.

Held at the Falls Event Center, the retreat is designed less as an agenda driven meeting and more as a brainstorming session to discuss goals the Council hopes to accomplish. Along with a facilitator, the meeting started with presentations from various City department heads including public works, finance, police, and economic development.
