Defendant pleads guilty to sexually assaulting 2 children to be sentenced to 50 years, relative of victims to get 15 to life



A  man who pled guilty to sexual assault against two young girls will serve 50 years to life and a relative of the children will serve 15 years to life the Sacramento County District Attorney's office announced today.

Dale Williams pled to two counts of child sexual assault charges and admitted two prior strike convictions and Jennifer Fry, who is related to the victims, previously pled to two child sexual assault charges as strike convictions at Sacramento Superior Court.

According to evidence, Fry began dating Williams in 2014 and he had access to two female family members, ages 5 and 12. Fry participated in an act of sexual assault at Williams’ direction with the 5-year old victim. 

Fry was also aware of the ongoing sexual assault of the 12-year-old victim by Williams. Under the plea agreement, Williams will be sentenced to 50 years to life in prison and Fry will be sentenced to 15 years to life in prison. 

The formal sentencing hearing is on December 19, 2019, in Department 11.
