Sacramento Police report the vehicle has been recovered, There are no arrests at this time and the incident is under investigation.

On Friday, January 17, a 1956 Bermuda Blue Cadillac El Dorado with a CA plate of 2NSB909 was stolen from the north Sacramento residence of the victim, whose identity is being withheld for safety. The owner is a three-time Purple Heart recipient from WWII.
This is a very distinct classic car - the doors and the engine block has “Rita Hayworth” beveled on it. Inside the vehicle are multiple car show trophies and the keys were inside of the car when it was taken.
The owner is also a former stuntman and this car was given to him by Rita Hayworth. If you have any information about the whereabouts of this stolen car, please contact the Sacramento Police Department at 916-808-5471.
