Two candidates for District 5 Sac County Board of Supervisors address Sacramento, Elk Grove homeless

In the last several days, the issue of homelessness in the Sacramento region has percolated. Along with an unflattering BBC report of homelessness in the City of Sacramento, today a Sacramento business advocacy group announced they will try to place an initiative on Sacramento's November ballot forcing the city to take action on homelessness.
Today two of the five District 5 Sacramento County Board of Supervisors addressed the problem on their Twitter platforms. Those candidates are Cosumnes Community Services District Director Jaclyn Moreno and Elk Grove City Councilmember Pat Hume.
