Among the significant topics discussed was the approval of the $4.5 million expenditure to operate Elk Grove's year-round homeless shelter. Mayor Singh-Allen and three of four council members also approved a 300 percent pay raise for themselves.

How do they get a 300 raised and they don't keep up a ditch that we don't own the city of elk grove own they don't keep it up just like the road around here that Mayer doesn't know how run this city and she don't want Elk Grove be Elk Grove she doesn't like our city when we wontbthe western festival she fine way to shout it down but when the other on Bradshaw road has there's and the have stabings and shouting there .Elk Grove before she came Mayer and before we even had it a city Elk Grove was Elk Grove People took of out and it only had one stop light and stop sings .and so why People and didn't have homeless people in town
