Alleged Drunk Driver Arrested by Elk Grove Police After Punching Another Motorist

An Elk Grove man was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and allegedly punching a motorist who he had a collision with.

Just after 9 p.m on Friday, January 26, Aldrin Dulce, 37 was involved in a collision with another vehicle near Franklin and Laguna boulevards. After the accident, Aldrin reportedly exited his car, and reached through the window of the other car and punched the driver.

Upon contact by Elk Grove Police, Aldrin was said to have displayed objective signs of impairment. He was arrested on drunk driving and assault and battery charges after failing field sobriety tests.
