Elk Grove women robbed at gunpoint in her own garage


An Elk Grove women was robbed in her own garage Tuesday evening. The robbery occurred in the 9200 block of Fabius Court.

According to police reports, the 38 year old female victim was standing next to her car inside the open garage when the suspect entered and pointed a handgun at the her. The suspect took the victim's purse and fled on foot.

The suspect is described as an African-American male adult, 20 years of age, 5'4" to 5'6", wearing a baseball cap, long sleeved shirt and blue jeans.
