Reports of suspicious parking lot activity leads to arrest
Late Friday evening Elk Grove police responded to a call regarding suspicious activity at the Wal-Mart parking lot on Elk Grove Blvd.
Upon responding, police questioned suspect Kemasson Washington, 27. Police found Washington has an outstanding warrant. Washingtom was taken into custody and tranferred to the main jail.
