Not all Davis endorsements go south

Earlier today we received an e-mail from Elk Grove Mayor Gary Davis pointing out not all of his endorsements were turned away. The correspondence read:

On the contrary to your posts…

All three of my endorsed candidates were elected to the City Council. And, Gil Albiani for the CCSD.

Just in case you wish to post both sides of the story.

A second e-mail from Davis read:

You should take a look at which county Huber won.

I also endorsed Joan Buchanan in AD 15.

While Huber does appear to have won the popular Sacramento County vote, it looks like she narrowly lost the overall race to Republican Jack Sieglock. In Assembly district 15, Democrat Joan Buchanan beat Republican Abram Wilson.
