Our favorite mailers - 10th assembly race

For those lucky folks living in the State Assembly district ten, you have been treated to some good old fashioned mudslinging mailers. The race pits Democrat Alyson Huber against Republican Jack Seiglock.

Over the last several weeks we have received mailers on a daily basis and it seems no two are alike.

Here is our favorite from Huber that portrays Seiglock as Santa Claus:








Not to be outdone, our favorite from Seiglock portrays Huber as a typical tax and spend liberal without actually saying liberal:








The interesting aspect of both candidates is that they are attempting to paint the other as fiscally irresponsible. Huber points to Seiglock's actions while a county supervisor while Seiglock attempts to scare people on the idea that Huber would would be a tax and spend liberal.

Also note: neither candidate mentions which party they belong to.
