The primary focus of each meeting will be the health care reform initiative currently under debate in Washington DC.

HR3200 gives absolute power over healthcare to the Secretary of Health and Human services,an appointed position. Who will oversee her? The HHS will consult with a committee of 19 to determine what is "appropriate healthcare" and physicians who do not provide this care will be punished fiscally. This committee will gleen data from all citizens to determine what is appropriate healthcare. This violates my rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of liberty (i.e. control over my health records, my property). It also violates Amendment IV of The Constitution which guarantees me freedom from searches and seizures of my information. Since this committee needs my data and the data of all citizens to decide on appropriate care, is there any way I can opt out of allowing the government access to my medical records? This might be one way to prevent rationed healthcare.
