After Allegedly Violating Restraining Order, Suspect Arrested After Leading Elk Grove Police on Vehicle Pursuit

A Redding, California man is in custody at the Sacramento County Jail after being arrested for allegedly reckless driving following a vehicle pursuit. 

Shortly after 1 a.m on Wednesday, October 25 Elk Grove Police responded to the 8700 block of Clear Start Court after Harold Joseph Marshall, 42, was at the residence in violation of a restraining order. As officers arrived, Marshall fled in his vehicle.

Marshall allegedly displayed reckless driving and disregard for safety during the chase, and the pursuit was terminated. Later Marshall was apprehended by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department and placed under arrest.

Marshall will be arraigned on Friday, October 27 and is being held on $85,000 bail.
